Why hasn't this coal technology been celebrated and adopted world wide?

I guess Saskatchewan actually has some brains and hopefully can sell their technology to China etc while here in North America we insist on wind & solar.

Does it strike you as odd that the relationship between Antarctic volcanoes and thinning ice sheets appear to correlate as well if not better, as say co2 and global warming, per stum's graphics yet is still discounted by those with direct and indirect financial interest in AGW?

Florida has lots of sinkholes. It's a flat sponge.
Maybe instead of rising seas (haven't noticed any at my place in the PNW) maybe Florida land is subsiding.

Did you bother to read more than the title? It doesn't say ice sheets are increasing.

I find it curious that the some of the same folks who would never question the influence of El Nino (ENSO) -- a cyclical warming of the sea surface -- on global weather patterns would nonetheless deny any possible connection between a more generalized warming and an alteration of weather patterns.
