The complaint is that the Aussie government is hiring someone to find results that are favourable to the coal industry, not to do science.

Broadly, Lomborg claims that by doing a cost-benefit analysis of various policies to attack global issues, you can work out where you get the most “good” for the money you spend.

“What we are doing is economics, not science,” Lomborg told ABC Radio earlier this week, with no hint of irony.

For the record, I have no problem with cost-benefit analysis. But you need facts to do this.

How about we ignore the liars with their fake weather models and actually check out what is happening in Siberia. These people, who are actually there, say it is getting colder with hundred year record snow in March 2015. Oooops !
