Vanuatu to Australia

Hey, we are in Port Vila and planning to leave next week for Australia (weather permitting). We have space aboard for one or two extra crew if you are interested and available. Yacht is a 41ft Schionning Catamaran. We have been cruising from Australia to New Zealand to Tonga, Fiji and Vanuatu, now on our way back to Australia.

Re: Vanuatu to Australia

Hi Melrose
Crew like to know what cost you wish to pick up, and or what, cost you expect Crew to pick up. example, flights, food, fuel, marina, moorings, boat cost + can you arrange one way entry visa your end , as its very hard to do from overseas ? where in Australia is your destination ? around what date will you be in Australia ,whether permitting ?

Cheers

Jimmy

Hi Jimmy,
All we ask from crew is a contribution towards food during the passage. We pay all boat costs. Your personal customs/immigration you pay yourself. We can organise crew change forms with immigration here in Vanuatu. We are heading for clearing at Southport and anticipate arriving in Australia in the first week of November weather permitting

A 41ft Schionning Catamaran. What a beautiful boat.
Wishing you fair winds.

Re: Vanuatu to Australia

Hi Melrose,

I would be very keen to join you if you leave after November 4th.
I am currently in Sydney, have my own sailboat and have made several passages (last one was Sydney Hobart). I consider myself an easygoing person , good cook and good company.

Let me know if you are still looking for crew.

Happy sailing.
