Crew Available: Useful & easygoing guy to board anywhere Europe & disembark anywhere in the world

Just putting feelers out for opportunities to crew or join any sailors that need a hand, in exchange for experience. I don't get sea-sick but my longest time at sea is only 10 days so far.

Not too worried about destination or start point. I am heading towards the Baltic but can make a u-turn towards France, Croatia, Greece, Turkey etc if need be....I'm easy.

I also have 3 good passports and a US greencard, so can go pretty much anywhere in the world with no visa hassles.

I'm originally Scottish, grew up in NZ and South Africa, then lived many other places since. I recently sold up my life in Slovenia to travel and sail. I've travelled extensively (foot, motorbike, car, RV and plane) now only want to be on the ocean.

A multi-telented, useful-person; a decent cook, and a petrol-head/gear-head who has built a few custom V8 and turbo cars, bikes, and even a house-bus ( handy and competent so useful to have on-board ) . I am very clean & tidy, a thorough cleaner and happy to go overboard to brush/scrape the hull.

An ex-IT engineer (solutions specialist) but I also studied motor-mechanics and electrical which I applied to my hobbies. Have done custom bodywork and fiberglassing too, as well as home renovation (tiling, joinery, flooring etc), so I am confident to put my hand to most things and be a good help.

I am pretty chill and easy going. I am outgoing , but I am becoming less extroverted the older I get, so prefer serenity and nature more than loudness and parties. I used to be a DJ for about 10 years as a side-thing. Maybe it made me sick of party life; or it is just my age.

P.S. Back-story ..... I had planned to buy a Neel trimaran else an Alubat Ovni monohul with a swing-keel, but suffered a financial disaster in 2021 so now I am just looking to join someone else as a crew member on their boat; to be on the water and gain more experience before I get the chance again to buy my own.
