Hi guys,
Very new to this world and very excited to learn more. My wife and I are spending three months at the end of the year hiking the length of the land of the long white cloud. We have been throwing around the idea of heading over by sea rather than air so thought these
forums would be a good place to start for info and
advice.
We would be wanting to
head over say oct/nov would this generally be a good time of year? Would there be a better time?
We are very fit, competative runners so we could obviously help out in any way we can. Im 6'3 and quick learner my wife is a very passionate
chef What else would generally be expected of us?
How does it normally
work moneywise? Split the costs etc is there anything else we may not of considered?
Are you generally at sea the full two weeks or so or is there a bit of island hoping on the way?
Is there anything that can be done in preparation in the mean time? Would there be any lisences or anything we would be required to have obtained?
Are there anymore questions I should be asking/things i may not of considered?
Thankyou anyone in advance that takes the time to answer any of these questions.
Head over to our
instagram to get more of a vibe of the kinda people we are. We are pretty easy going people who like a bit of adventure
