FYI: "Governor Bryan also reminded the public that all travelers to the territory, including local Virgin Islanders returning home, are required to provide proof of a negative COVID test taken within five days prior to travel into the territory.

“I want to be clear this is all travelers into the territory,” Governor Bryan said. “It doesn’t matter where you are coming from.”

I'm on St. Thomas right now. This is a US territory and even the Governor cannot refuse entry to a US Citizen (per CBP officers). If you show up without a test, you'll have to quarantine for 14 days -- on the boat, which is leaving. Now....the airlines might hassle you when you try to board, so yes, it's probably best to get the test, anyway.

And all travelers will also be tested upon arrival at the airport, so once before you go and another when you get there.

SIR, you are mistaken. Please refrain from making any more comments on this thread, although you've certainly blown any chance of finding someone now.
