Skipper wanted Auckland

We are a family of 6 currently looking at cruisers to buy in the very near future and seeking a footloose skipper to sail with us to the islands and teach us on the way.
Me and eldest son (13) have sailing experience and wife and elder son able bodied, keen and eager to learn.

Looking for a temporary family member more than a purely commercial arrangement.

Get in touch if you're interested.
PS No one Covid vaccinated please

What??? does this mean that you won't employ anyone that has had the vaccine?

How very peculiar if so...

Hi Jim,

Yes, that's right.

We simply don't believe the covid narrative and anyone who's had the vaccine is unlikely to be on the same page as us.

There's also the issue of potential transmission by the vaccinated of the spike protein, which could pose a far greater risk, especially in prolonged close proximity like aboard a cruising vessel.

Cheers

OK, thanks for making this clear. I suspect that it will affect your chances of finding a suitable crewmember, but it is your decision.

Good luck.

I suspect as the world moves forward with vaccinations and herd immunity, international travel for un-vaccinated people will become more difficult with lengthy quarantine or outright ban for those without evidence of covid antibodys from previous infection or innoculation untill global herd immunity is reached.
