Crew Wanted: Skipper or experienced crew wanted

I am looking out for my client, as I broke three ribs last week delivering his sailboat up the East coast:
The owner is onboard in Beaufort NC and now without a skipper. He's a perfectly competent sailor, but is looking for either a skipper (fully paid position) or highly experienced person (by arrangement) to help get his boat home to Boston. I estimate a 4 or 5 day passage.
Sailboat is a '95 Island Packet 38', well equipped for offshore. New liferaft, EPIRB, new Garmin Nav system, flares etc.
