Crew Wanted: Salty Dawg Rally-Hampton Roads, Va to Antiqua

Looking for 1 additional crew member--1 Crew member had to back out due to medical condition. The route is direct from Hampton Roads, Va (near Norfolk)
to Antigua leaving Nov 1 (or as soon as weather permits).
Boat is a Sparkman & Stevens 41 (Tartan 41) with all modern equipment, newer rig (will have rig inspection again). New electronics, inspected life raft, tracking device etc.
Owner (me) did Atlantic circle 5 yrs ago. Ct. to Azores to Madeira, to Antigua to Ct. (gone 11 months). Other offshore trips incl Bermuda, Caribbean.
Owner will cover all boat expenses incl food, crew pays own transportation.
Possibility of crew staying aboard in Antigua for a while.
