Crew Wanted: SAILOR NEEDED

I am a 50 ton master captain with no sailing experience. I am delivering a C&C 34 sail from Newport News Virgina to Key West Florida. Rather than motoring all the way in the ICW I would like to find a capable mate that knows how to sail so we could take it out and enjoy the trip weather prevailing. The kicker is I can only pay expenses nothing more..food shelter and transportation
