Crew Wanted: Sailing Martha's Vineyard to Black Rock CT

Hello,
I have a business involving photography from shore and drones with my 43' Jeanneau. August 2-6 we will be sailing near Martha's vineyard for two days, then transiting the boat back to Black Rock CT.
Looking for certified Captains with some knowledge of basic diesel maintenance.
135 Jib
In Mast furling main
75 HP Yanmar with 50Gal Tank well maintained (extra parts on board)
New Raymarine Chartplotter and updated electronics
2 yo battery bank (AGM)
Electric Windlass (Always use my snubber)
All safety equipment of course
