Crew Wanted: Need full time first mate

floating artist residency, looking for a first mate. I'm 37m wanting to full time cruise on my 56' steel motorsailer. We will host art residents, charter, and just move around. Looking for someone that is creative to any capacity, can handle a boat or learn how to, and wants to get away from shore. This will be a non-profit organization that is receiving funding from donors and chartering so if it works out, you would have a salary.

If you are charting then you have the correct license and insurance to cover that activity?
