Re: looking to share a charter to Desolation Sound

Hello,
Thanks for your reply and we would be very interested in joining you if we could work out dates etc. We often go down to Anacortes to hike with our dog so could meet you to discuss. We do live in Bellingham.

Re: looking to share a charter to Desolation Sound

Save the long transit and enjoy the extra days exploring the Sound. Drive to Comox and charter from Desolation Sound Yacht Charters...one easy day's sail in SE winds to Tenedos Bay, south Quadra or Campbell River depending on your preference.

I have fond memories of 3 trips to Desolation sound in the late 80s while serving at CFB Comox (now 19 Wing). Wishing you a pleasant voyage...

Re: looking to share a charter to Desolation Sound

Hello there, My sweetie and I love that whole area and have sailed from the south san Juans and up to and thru the golf islands and desolation area it is one of our favorite areas to be sure. We would have interest to talk more if you are still seeking like minded souls. We are both nearly 60, we have sailed our ct47 and our Nor Sea in those areas as well as chartered a Tayana 43. I can be reached at rescueguy_1@hotmail.com more easily than here love this site but it seems my messages take weeks to get, likely operator malfunction. Brian and Lisa
