Looking for summer experience in southwest Florida

I'm a teacher and will be off until the first week of August and looking to gain experience sailing. I completed ASA 101 several years ago and joined a sailing club with a Catalina 25 and was able to comfortably sail it single handed. I really want to move up to bigger boats including catamarans before I consider buying one. I am retired Air Force with 20 years on active duty as a mechanic and journalist. Now I want to stay in the water and sail!
