Crew Wanted: La Rochelle to Marmaris

I am taking the delivery of my brand new Nautitech BAvaria Fly 46 the firsy half of July from La Rochelle and will sail her to Marmaris Turkey in our base.
I have plenty of sailing experience particularly with cats, did the Atlantic twice, the Med all long 3 times, not to mention the coastal sailings. I speak fluent english, french and Italian. I don't need huge experience but someone capable of keeping the boat on track under sail and or engine/s.
I don't intend to stop much unless we are forced to. No pay, but I will cover all of the expenses including the provisioning. I can cover the air ticket for a qualified first mate.
