Key West to Long Island, Departing mid-May.
Starting in mid-May, I'll be cruising up the East Coast from Key West to Long Island Sound. I made this same trip last year. Two crew wanted for the trip. (unpaid) Possible Ports of Call: Miami, Ft Pierce, St Augustine, Fernandia Beach, Cape Fear, Beauford NC, Virginia Beach, Cape May, Atlantic City, NYC, Newport, Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket. It would be great to find a mate (woman) and develop a relationship cruising but I'll be looking for anyone willing, experienced, responsible and easy to get along with. No heavy drinkers no illegal drugs, no drama. Meanwhile, I'll be in Key West. If you're interested we could get acquainted and do a little sailing here. Rob,
I'm certainly interested.
I'm a 48 year old professional (Financial technology COO).
I've been Racing & Cruising for the past 20 or so years. Much of my experience has been in the long island sound, with several blue water cruises in the Caribbean, Pacific northwest, etc. I have an ASA 104 certification.
On-board I'm competent at most disciplines (navigation, sail handling, itinerary planning, mechanical, cooking, etc.). As a skipper, I'm pretty cool and calm, no yelling or snarking; and I help teach whatever I know. If I'm handling the sails, I work well with the skipper or captain.

la Paz now and want to get back up to NY some time in June
cannot figure out how to send private message have sailed L.I. to st. Thomas and back but alway way out, would ;love to do inter-coastal.

61 y/o retired firefighter/paramedic with extensive off shore experience including ten trans-Atlantics and multiple trips up/down the east and west coasts, Bahamas, Caribbean, et al. CV and excellent references.
