Thank you to all who responded. The boat still needs to be surveyed (scheduled for next week) then a decision must be reached by the buyer to sail her north to New Brunswick and home or south to Rio Dulce for some work to be done. That is still up in the air (or on the waves, so to speak) Once the client lets me know what his firm destination and departure date from St. Augustine will be I'll contact one of you to arrange a contract.
