Thanks to all the responses. Yes I have a crew lined up for the trip but as we all know, stuff happens so I will keep all requests until departure and will post when we actually hit the road, so to speak.

Hi Skip.. keep your eyes on the news coming out of San Jorge, Azores.
The island is currently being evacuated due to volcanic activity so have a plan B if Horta is on your 'Stop' list.

Thanks for the heads up. Horta is/was on the list.

I understand the port in Flores was destroyed by a storm in 2019 and still not open so had planned Horta as the first port and customs. Seems like the list is getting short for where to stop in the Azores.

Sao Miguel should/could be okay, adds another 24hrs on from Faial but further S so can sail clear of the possible danger zone as you pass.
