Cape Town heading north

I'm looking to crew from Cape Town heading up to Caribbean or further.
My boat is on the hard in Connecticut for the winter and I'm free to crew until mid May.
I have sailed 20k miles + including 4 trans-atlantic crosssings. Age 52, non smoker, occasional drinker, can cook, some technical experience, no previous axe murders.
