I have a Pearson 424 have been working on it for a year. new wires, dodger, sail pack ,dinghy, outboard, port light, paint, non skid, lights, fans, sink, faucet, natures head, and more did all the work my self, thinking of going to Mexico or Belize need one or two people. sailing skills moderate. I have the v birth available, easy to get along with, looking for young, old or couple. I am 65 with some balance problems (not bad) and a Australian Sheppard (good dog)
