Crew Wanted: Baltic Germany to UK May/June 2018

I am now looking for crew with some experience for the following:

* shakedown sail between 2-10 May 2018 departing Greifswald and either heading to Poland /Bornholm OR heading west towards Roscoff (depending on weather)
* 3 week(ish) delivery sail from Greifswald (Germany) via Kiel canal to Amsterdam departing 10 May 2018. I have one regular crew joining for me for this trip.
* Amsterdam - UK late may - June 2018. I anticipate taking up to 4 weeks to get to the UK, however this can broken into shorter stages if you don't have that much time.

The boat is a 2015 Hanse 2015. Comfortable, safe and easy to sail.
Crew wanted on shared expenses basis.
