Crew Wanted: Alaska to Kamchatka then Hokkaido

I am looking for two more crew (individuals or a couple) for this adventure aboard my 1999 Cabo Rico 40/42

Are you an experienced adventurer looking for a new challenge?
We will be exploring remote islands, climbing and skiing volcanoes, hiking, fishing, and sailing, often in extreme conditions.
This is unpaid, and a daily contribution to provisions required, Russian visa, travel to and from my boat to be met by Crew. (I will provide the necessary invitation and voucher from Russia for Visa applications)
Beyond Hokkaido is optional if captain and Crew working well together.
I have lots of supporting information to send to interested Crew.
