here are the contact details,but there is no anchorage so you would have to go alongside in the port with considerable swell.
both
ports are very small only really suitable for large ships.
most yachts stop in toliara or tulear on the south
west coast if they have to to clear out of mada,but the anchorage is again very exposed and generally very windy.
the waters on the continental shelf are also very dangerous on the south coast.
best
advice would be to forget going there and
head straight to
south africa,or go over the top to nosey be' then proceed south.
