Signing Off Crew In South Africa

I will be arriving in Durban next month and have two crew, Spanish nationals that will need to be 'signed off' the crew list so they can tour South Africa. As I understand it there will need to be a bond posted as they do not have return tickets (backpackers). If anyone has details as regards the bond, how much it costs etc and would care to comment that would be appreciated!
