Mauritius to Tanzania

Hi guys,
I am planning a sailing trip from Mauritius to Tanzania. I want to visit Reunion & Madagascar en route.
I did some research and there are not much information about the sailing connections between Reunion - Madagascar and from Madagascar - Tanzania/Mozambique.

Has anyone successfully done this trip all by sailing? Or is someone here interested to do this trip (planning to leave sometime in June 2017)? Let me know!
