Folks,

The attached should show the wind expected to effect the Philippines on July 15. It is supposed to be the SW monsoon season, yet strong SE and other Easterlies above and below the equator seem to be a key factor in the heavy rains, etc. affecting the central visayas and other parts of the nation. Also, looks to be a tropical storm forming near Vietnam, no?
