Do you also happen to know any Western Saharian?

No but that's not really part of Morocco is it?

I know things are pretty bad there on the whole and Morocco is supposed to control it but it's still not strictly part of it. I cannot see 'proper' Moroccans rising up in Maraksh or Tangiers because of it.

It is not a part of Marocco. It is a territory occupied by Marocco. Sort of like Tibet and China. The territory is still where it used to be when it was a Spanish colony.

You can be right about some Maroccans being quite happy about their king. But people in Tunisia seemed very happy about their country when we asked them. And just look what came out of it.

There is much talk about possible unrest among Canary Islands' Maroccan population. But maybe this is just because they are migrants. Maybe people in Morocco are happy and not willing to start any trouble, as you said.

i think you will find the average morrocan's feelings about the western sahara are akin to a turks feelings about kurds and armenians.

morrocco unlike it's eastern neighbours is a relatively stable democracy, with very strong ties to western europe.

Might've said that about Bahrain a couple of weeks ago.

We live in interesting times. It remains to see what proportion of that reality is curse.

Very true, in these uncertain times, anything is possible.
