Boatyard/Marina options in Western Indonesia

I am planning to sail from Cairns to Tual in the newr future possibly stopping in West Papua if convenient so could use some info on that also.

My current plan is to leave my cat at Marina Del Ray near Bali.

I would ideally like to get a bit further W if time allows and am wondering about western Java or SW part of Sumatra.

I'd ideally like to use a mooring or possibly even anchor stern to a wharf or mangroves similar to in parts of Panama or Rio Dulce.

I'm hopeful that there are some forum members that can point me in the right direction.

I don't yet have a cruising guide to Indonesia but just got a copy of Lonely Planet.
