where to find a list of Navigable Atolls in Fr. Polynesia

Does anyone know of a book or website that lists which Atolls in FP are navigable by Sailboat? Better yet does anyone who's done it have any GPS Tracks or anchor waypoints they'd like to share, I'm looking in particular for info on the Gambiers, Aceton, Australs, Hao and Hikeru Groups. On a side note if anyone's gone to FP via Rapa Nui and Pitcairn and has any Anchorage data on Salas y Gomez, Rapa Nui, Ducie, Henderson, Pitcairn and Oneo Islands I would be most grateful.
