You probably could do entry clearances there, but given that it is not a regular yacht entry point.... your taking risks and it is also an
East Coast exposure to
weather.
Have made the trip 6 times and the practical
route would be Late March departure via seto Naikai, down
west coast Kyushu, Okinawa Chain, east or
west coast of
Taiwan to Subic Bay (depending on Weather)
I made that trip once nonstop with total 3 crew and it was very doable.
If not in a hurry, so many amazing places to visit in southern Japan
