Pedregal Panama Port check in

We have just sailed into Boca Chica, Panama, and told to check in 'at our earliest convenience' to the Port in Pedregal. Today is a national holiday so not an option today. Obviously we want to get there asap and make sure we get the proper paperwork. Does anyone know if I, as Captain, can go alone asap and check in the boat initially, or does the whole crew need to attend. I'm thinking that it would make most sense to get there myself as quickly as possible, and then, once the boat has been cleared, for the crew to go to immigration at the airport to check themselves in.
Does that make sense? Any guidance?
Thanks a lot.
