There's also the Tierra del Fuego to
Halifax side, and both are reasonable options from
Singapore.
FWIW, assuming North America, if it was
west coast I would opt for Singapore-Philippines-Japan-PNW-final
west coast destination. Timing would be critical, the window through the
Philippines can be narrow, as can the Japan-PNW window.
If the US
east coast I would probably opt for Singapore-Jakarta-Cape of Good Hope-final
east coast destination (this route could actually be used for pretty much anywhere on the east coast of North or South America). A viable alternative would be Singapore-Med-Caribbean-final east coast destination. Strictly delivery I'd probably opt for south of
Africa, cruising en-route I'd have to give both some consideration.
And, of course, Atoll's suggestion should be considered, that's a lot of time and miles to put on a
boat if you're not enjoying them at the same time.
