Crew looking for a ride from Hong Kong

Hello there!

I'm looking for a sailingboat, or any kind of boat actually that's leaving from Hong Kong towards the south in the upcoming week/weeks.
I'm a sailor from Hungary (landlocked) so my 10 years of experience is mostly from the lake we have there. i've seen some strong winds, but i've yet to see a proper openwater wave.
I've already written to the manager of the Royal Hong Kong Yach Club, but if you have any suggestions on where to try in Hong Kong, or if you know anybody that could help, please let me know! All help is greatly appreciated.
