Best route and time to Hawaii then Seattle from Mexico

I want to spend November and December cruising in the Sea of Cortez and then take my 42' Hylas back to the PNW area. What is the best route and months to do this? I am retired and have no real time constraints. I have done the bash north once and was hoping to go back to the Seattle area via Hawaii or another interesting route. Suggestions on the route and months to make the passages would be appreciated. I do not have the budget to have my boat shipped and would prefer to sail anyway.
