Just keep in mind that your constitutional right to bear arms ends at your border. Everywhere else you must stick to the rules of each country.

Our constitutional right to bear arms extends beyond our borders to around 75% of the worlds surface ... on US flagged vessels anyway. You may legally carry arms on a US flagged vessel in international waters.

3) The firearms and accompanying ammunition must be for that person's exclusive use and not for reexport, sale, gift, or other transfer of ownership. The person must declare that it is his/her intention to return the article(s) on each return to the United States.

You can legally carry weapons on any flagged boat in international waters.. its when you hit Territorial waters that the problems start..
