Where to keep a boat, top of Florida Keys?

I have inherited a 30ft O'day, currently top of the Keys anchored in a free place.

Anyone got any contacts or knowledge of a secure place to keep her, in return I'm looking to let them use the boat for charter. Or somewhere cheaper to moor her up?

I am from England and my time in Florida is limited, we leave next Wednesday and I'd really like to get the boat in a place where I can rest assured nothing bad will happen, and someone whom I can properly trust to do the right thing.

I have friends in Key West that might take you up on your idea. They are from England Originally and Canada as well. I will email you his phone number. His boat a Farr 38 is in Nova Scotia where they spend there summers so I am sure he might want to make a deal for boat use!
