What's it Really Worth ?

There are thousand of boats for sale on the net will all sorts of pricing. Does anyone know of a website that has the prices boats actually sold for? I know there was a discussion recently on a boats true value, but I dont remember anyone this question or having any links.

Cheers

Of what he has sold. Or something like a Yachtworld report?

Brokers who list on Yachtworld have access to the actual selling prices. Mine printed me a list of sale prices for the past 12 months for models similar to the boat I was selling.

Sometimes you can get on soldboat.com by using bugmenot.com.
After looking many times I decided that a lot of the brokers post false info there. A lot of conflicting info even on the very same vessel. I can't believe that in this financial climate that about 50% of the boats are selling for the asking price in the last 2 years.
It came down to finding the right deal on the right boat in the right location for me in the end. I couldn't have bought in Europe, the Caribbean, or the East Coast anyway. I found my deal 250 miles from home, 20% off of the asking price and at 20% of the original listing price before a few years of neglect.
