What's a Fair Price for 2011 Beneteau First 36.7

We are considering selling our 2011 Beneteau First 36.7. Have searched the internet to get an idea of a fair asking price in USD, but not having any luck. Any opinions? She was commissioned and registered in Canada, presently in Panama. Many thanks.

There are also a ton of boats sitting in Panama due to broken dreams. Very few buyers visit Panama, hence a very limited market. Unless you want to offer it for a song you may have to deliver it to a large market such as Florida.
I have a friend in the same boat, no pun intended. After reducing asking price by 50% he sailed it to Florida just to have a real opportunity to find a buyer.
