What’s Up With Fortress Anchors?

I damaged my Fortress, no biggie, I’ve done it before. So, I went on their website and filled out the form to get new parts. I mentioned that we’re in Mexico and had friends that were leaving in a week, could they please send the parts out ASAP. That was over 3 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from them. A few days ago I sent them an email, and still no response. I’d call them, but my phone doesn’t work very well here in Mexico. I’m confused, because their customer service has always been excellent. Anyone know if something has happened to Fortress?

I just called them and they are definitely in business. The lady I spoke with said to use her direct e-mail and she would take care of you.

Her email is karen@fortressanchors.com

Cheers!

Re: What’s Up With Fortress Anchors?

Good day Training Wheels,

Thank you for your post and my apologies for the delay in processing your parts order. We were closed over the holidays and got pretty backed up, but we are back to normal now and either Karen or I can be of immediate assistance.

My e-mail address is: brian@fortressanchors.com

Sorry again!

Brian
