What Am I Forgetting ???

assuming the boat is sound and all necessary gear in place... what's the one thing from your dirt life that you miss most or are glad you included before setting sail?
I've got music and books, binoculars and camera, fishing things, snorkling gear ... and all the essential stuff. What am I forgetting?
