West FL ICW Bridge Openings (Anna Maria & Cortez) - After Hours

I have been researching and unable to locate a source that acknowledges whether these 2 draw bridges open after hours. We will be transiting the ICW in the upcoming weeks (10pm est) and want to confirm their operation at that time. If anyone can provide feedback, that would be appreciated.

Cortez: On the hour and half hour from January 15 to May 15 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. On the hour, 20 minutes and 40 minutes after the hour from May 16 to January 14 from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm

Anna Maria Island: On the hour and half hour from January 15 to May 15 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. On the hour, 20 minutes and 40 minutes after the hour from May 16 to January 14 from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.
