Weather Fax Problem

Just wondering if anyone else has run across this problem which recently came up.

I use my Icom M700, Pactor III modem and Airmail to receive wefax. Just now, out of the blue, the Airmail "GetFax" program receives no weather fax signal.

I can hear the weatherfax signal on the M700's speaker, I can pick it up on pin4 of the cable from the M700 to the Pactor, but I cannot find the audio signal coming out of the Pactor serial cable going to the PC. This has all worked for years.

And the system still works to send receive sailmail messages.

So, has anyone experienced this problem and know of a solution?
