Weather and Tide page Updates

I have made several additions to the L-36.com Weather and Tide page in response to user requests. The latest batch is on the page for testing.

Previously, I added the SHIPS reports to the Data Stations section. This is in the released version

The pre release version adds two new options. The first tide report can be a real time report from one of the NOAA Tide stations. One nice benefit of this is that it includes the lake levels for the Great Lakes and some rivers that are not tidal.

The second change is the addition of a "Weekend Mode" to the tide graphs. Click that and the two tide graphs will show Saturday and Sunday regardless of the day of the week.

All three of the above features were from user requests so if there is something you really thing would be cool to add, let me know.
