Want to take my first cruise

I have been learning to sail for the last two years and in the near future my wife and I want to go off on a month cruise. We were thinking of doing this somewhere where the sailing might not be too challenging and would be good for a beginner. My thoughts are the VI or Bahamas.

Any suggestions of good locations for a beginning couple should sail for a month?

Does anyone know of companies that will charter/lease a boat for one month?
