VAT paid question

Brain trust question: If VAT is paid, and your admiral (NOT LEGAL SPOUSE) is an EU citizen, and you are not, can you have both of your names listed as owners and qualify for continued VAT status?

Ask the authority of the country where you want to register the vessel.
