US Regulations for Buying Canadians' Boat Lieing in La Paz, Mexico ?
I am a U.S. citizen in the process of buying a Rawson 30 from a Canadian Couple. The boat and her papers are in La Paz Mexico. I have already inspected and surveyed the boat, and agreed on the price with the current owner. I am wondering what I need to do to get change legal title of the boat. I am planning on keeping her in Mexico for at least a year. Thanks- Eric
