Hi, everybody!
If somebody still have interest to get more information about this person P.Shaposhnikov and his workshop in Sumy - I can tell you a lot!
Write me here or e-mail me. You also can call me, but unfortunately I'm in Russia now, so it might be rather expensive.

I've done that mistake. We had a binding contract with Pavel Shaposhnikov for making a ready yacht for us. The ... thing, you can not even call it a boat... he finally delivered to us after many months of negotiations was totally different that we had in our contract.

I have spent 6 years of my life and more than 100.000 euros in trying to make the boat something that can be used for sailing. Finally this week a boatbuilder came to see the ... thing.. and told that the materials that Pavel Shaposhnikov has used in making the boat, are not even suitable to be used in connection with water. The only alternative would be to tear the whole boat to pieces and start making a new yacht practically from scratch.

Pavel Shaposhnikov is the biggest cheater and liar that I can think of - what I have understood of Ukraine and the Ukranian people thay are all the same. Never do any business with any Ukranian company if you can avoid that!

If it is hard to believe this, I can send you pictures of the ... thing... that will be soon transported to a landfill site.
HOW VERY TRUE!!! I'd like to see photos! I lost a lot of money with sHAPOSHNIKOV (I start write his name from low register to show my UNRESPECTION to him!!!)

Hi Teskolin..
I feel you pain. I to was taken by this "Builder".. try to warn people but it seems true postings are questioned.
I have pictures, the contract, the legal filings.. This guy is a basically a fraud.
I have liens filed on the partially completed vessel. If anyone is dumb enough to hire him to finish my vessel.. I'll glad take it off you once I locate you and it.. And don't take the word of Pavel's Broker in Ct/USA..

Re: Ukraine Boat Builders Inquiry

I know what! I’m damn glad I didn’t buy a boat from the Ukraine. I can’t imagine any warranty being worth much now—not that it would have been anyway.

At this stage I would think any business dealing in the Ukraine let alone with Pavel are dead and done.

Its worth a bit more money to have boats built in stable countries.

BTW wonder how many days before Russia invades? Its Tuesday now, I reckon by the weekend.
