Trustworthy Charter Company in Thailand ?

I'm looking to charter in thailand. searching around internet, i found many websites that offer similar boats selection (same model, same year) i suspect these to be a broker company rather than the actual charter company. Moorings doesn't have a fleet in thailand, so do you guys know any big and reliable charter company around Phuket?
would there be anyway to find a contact for the owner of the boat offered through broker?
Anyone have experience with a broker company? like boatbookings.com?
their website seems to only be around for 4 years, that doesn't instill confidence in me.

No direct experience (yet) but Sunsail is in Thailand. I wouldn't work with any middle men if you can avoid it.
