St Thomas saw some rain, most reports are about a half an inch. Highest wind recorded at my house on a ridge over the harbor was 41 mph. Sort of a non-event for most. Folks at my marina saw a peak gust of 30kts with winds in the 20s for a few hours. St Croix had some power outages, more wind and more rain.
