Travel Insurance for Crossing the Pacific ?

I'll soon be sailing across the Pacific as crew and am currently looking into personal travel insurance options.

My initial searches have shown that I probably need a specific sailing insurance due to most insurers not covering you for more than 60 days - our trip is roughly 11 months!

So I've looked at a couple of insurers such as Top Sail but was wondering if anyone here had a particular one they recommend or always stick to for a particular reason?

Check out I.M.I.S. - International Marine Insurance Services I purchased International Health Insurance from them. They are agents for several different carriers.
